You’ve been invited to visit the Forgotten Familiars Animal Sanctuary, a place where injured, mistreated and neglected monsters are brought to be rehabilitated, and when they're happy and healthy, released back into the wild or re-homed.

The sanctuary is designed to fit any running 5e campaign to give compassionate players a means to save some of the monsters they encounter on their journeys. They can periodically return to the sanctuary to check up on them, and even help the staff out by adopting some of their monsters, or going on quests for the sanctuary to save creatures in need.
